Our partner in Vietnam have a worldwide patent on the technology involved in cracking the nut, so once we harvest, sort, dry and bag the nuts we send over to Vietnam where the magic happens. We roast in the shell and then cleverly crack and pack them for you; no other company in the world is preparing macadamia like this.
